Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.In the role of Designer, we'll count on you to:Coordinate the architectural design process, developing alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts.Collaborate with project teams on design development drawings and models.Produce high quality study models, renderings, montages, diagram, presentations, sample and/or image boards.Participate in design and documentation reviews.Participate in knowledge sharing and team initiatives.Utilise HDR systems and processes and understand compliance requirements of external statutory codes and standards in application of the requested duties.Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.Preferred Experience / QualificationsMaster's degree in Architecture.Experience in the areas of defence, health and/or science - highly advantageous.Strong technical skills and proficiency with design software tools such as Revit, Rhino and Adobe suite - required.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field.Must possess credentials to obtain future registration.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).Desire to pursue growth opportunities and eventually obtain registration.Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process.Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.What We BelieveHDR is our company.
