Your opportunity
Be part of something inspiring! We're looking for a creative and dedicated Secondary Design (9-12) Teacher to join our talented team in 2025. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact and inspire the next generation of designers.
Commencing on 20 January 2025, this position is part-time. Relocation assistance is available.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will bring a strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and pedagogical practice, with a focus on Design.
The successful candidate will also be fully aligned with the Christian values and beliefs of Freshwater Christian College, and seek a role providing opportunities to utilise their talents and skills to make a difference in the lives of our students and the wider College community.
Essential qualifications and requirements
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in teaching.
Queensland College of Teachers Registration (or the ability to obtain).
Be fully aligned with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College.
Able to affirm the College's Statement of Faith.
Able to comply with College policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and training requirements, including those related to work health and safety, risk management, child protection, and confidentiality.
Able to work with all members of the College community.
