The work group focuses on the design and standards for our electrical networks infrastructure, including power stations, substations, transmission lines and distribution lines.You will be responsible for the effective management and accuracy of scheduling data in business systems and work group tools, which allow teams to make informed, timely and confident project and construction resourcing decisions.You will regularly monitor and seek updates on Design Teams' progress to confirm system data and look for opportunities to manage disruptions, risks, and prioritisation for schedules, including working closely with Works Program Optimisation and Design team leaders for negotiation of delivery priorities for Design teams to meet their delivery targets.Prepare reports and resourcing views for decision making in meetings, provide organisational support for scheduling design resources and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.The Design Resource Officer annual salary ranges from $106,560 - $114,924 + 14.75% Super on a 9-day fortnight; or $123,078 - $132,734 + 14.75% super on a 10-day fortnight.
The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant's knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position.For more information about this role, click on the position description link located at the bottom of the page.About you:We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive candidate who is adaptive to a continually changing environment.
You will also have:Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and experience.Proven scheduling expertise working under limited supervision to schedule resources on multidiscipline projects.Strong organisation, planning and time management skills.Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and proficiency in corporate systems, software applications, databases and design scheduling tools.Delivery focus with demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends and issues and produce reports using Excel.High-level attention to detail and an intermediate knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.Effective communication and interpersonal skills as you develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders to fulfil design delivery commitments and targets.What matters most to us are our values: We're Safe – We Belong - We Grow - We Deliver.
