Our deployed workforce of 1,200+ consultants work on projects and BAU assignments across a diverse customer base.Outstanding opportunity for a Design Project Manager with experience in Fibre and Fixed Network Sites project planning, scheduling, reporting, implementation, and dependencies management at a program (route) level.This role will require someone:Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.Demonstrated experience establishing project plans with data points illustrating outcomes achieved.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Prince 2, PMP, Agile and Waterfall.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate and lead through influence, rather than control.Proven ability to lead and manage change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies, standards, and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
