Design Operations Coordinator

We are currently working with one of Australia's most iconic software companies who are in the process of finding a Design Operations Coordinator to work as part of an ever-growing design team.
This role is part-time (3 days a week) until the end of December 2024.
In this role, you would be integral to supporting the Design operations and delivery team, which includes Designers and the DevOps team, to assist in establishing best practices for programmatic work and improving customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for research participant recruiting, screening, scheduling, and compensating.Ensure governance across research processes and guidelines for consent, privacy, and information storage.
Partner with our Research Operations team.Adhere to the guidelines, protocols, and processes for research participant recruitment as advised by the team.Partner with the Agile DevOps Design team to champion their program objectives.Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience working with Design Operations or Research.Strong collaboration and time management skills.Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Experience working with a design consultancy or software company is desirable.For more information, please contact Lizbeth Delos Reyes and quote job number 263761.
