You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.Our Water team promotes holistic, sustainable water resource management for governments, investors, developers, manufacturers, utilities, and corporations, helping with network maintenance and development, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and future-ready strategies.This is your chance to drive the future ready engineering design solutions and be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality design delivery on water infrastructure projects in primarily in SA, with the opportunity to be involved in our national flagship programs.We are accepting applications from Design Managers, Senior Design Managers and Associate Design Managers with water utilities experience.What you'll doDeploy risk management principles & methodologies into project systems and processes.Accountable for business and project delivery as required to lead the delivery of high-quality design delivery on project.Work in partnership with other design organisations in Alliance or JV.Management of design team and interfacing with contractor workforce.Seek design team resources for each project. The ultimate responsibility for providing resources lies with the business section executive.Prepare design fee estimates for both the "tender design phase" and the "delivery phase" of each project.Liaise with other key roles of the Alliance or JV.Manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget and quality.
