Design Manager

Expanding its operations with secured projects, a Design Manager is required to join the team.

Scope of the role: Value ManagementUnderstanding and implementation of Building Codes, Standards & ComplianceBuilding & Authority approvalsOverseeing external consultants' design documentation, coordination with architects and consultantsResponsible for consultant engagement, contractual and risk assessment and managementPreparation and lodgment of DA'sPreparation of feasibilities and various design configuration studiesDesign Risk & Opportunity ManagementPre & Post Construction phase
Recent senior design management experience within developer or top-tier construction experience is required.
5-10 years post-graduation of architecture/construction/engineering experience, across a range of medium to large scale commercial, residential, and hospitality projects is ideal.

Construction DM or senior PE background within top-tier construction would be ideal.

Driven by excellence, and an appreciation for innovation, a professional demeanor, clear communication skills, and the ability to work to fast-track project deadlines are required.
