Currently seeking a Design Manager who will manage multiple projects of varying typology at various stages.
Advising our client on site acquisitions and land use, creating briefs, overseeing Design Consultants award of projects and managing projects throughout lifecycle of Design and Construction, this role is diverse.
Working autonomously yet within a team, this professional will be chairing design meetings, and driving projects from design perspective to achieve project success.
Design Management experience within Builder, Developer from an Engineering background would be ideal.
10-15 years experience in the Sydney market is ideal, with a range of largescale, Mixed Use, Transport/Commercial projects This individual will hit the ground running on the client side with excellent presentation skills and wide range of Design Management and Technical expertise to drive projects.
