The RoleIn your role as Design Manager, you will join the team in delivering outstanding and client-focused projects.
Your key responsibilities will be to oversee the preparation of drawings and tender documents, while coordinating architectural design, detailing and specifications to ensure that all aspects are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
You will also assist in the integration of planning, safety, quality, commercial, construction and design issues to manage project design risks.
As this is a client-facing role, strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key.
The Like MindThe successful candidate will be tertiary qualified, with a degree in Construction Management, Architecture or similar.
You will have design management experience, working on commercial construction projects in a client-centred role.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills will be essential, as well as the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced and challenging working environment.
You will have an eye for detail and have a strong focus on problem solving.
