These are just a few words that describe you.Your focus will include:Lead and manage all design phases, from conceptual development through construction documentation and completion.Ensure designs align with project goals, budget, and timeline.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated and functional design solutions.Develop and manage design schedules and milestones.Review and approve design documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.Identify and mitigate risks related to design and construction integration.Collaborate with clients, end-users, and consultants to gather requirements, present design updates, and address concerns.Act as the primary liaison between design and construction teams, ensuring seamless communication.What you will bring to the team:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in design management, with at least 5 years specialising in healthcare projects (hospitals, outpatient facilities, etc.
