We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Design Managers for a major social infrastructure opportunity in Perth which aims to deliver lasting benefits and create a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Who you are

Your focus will include: Lead and manage all design phases, from conceptual development through construction documentation and completion.Ensure designs align with project goals, budget, and timeline.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated and functional design solutions.Develop and manage design schedules and milestones.Review and approve design documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.Identify and mitigate risks related to design and construction integration.Collaborate with clients, end-users, and consultants to gather requirements, present design updates, and address concerns.Act as the primary liaison between design and construction teams, ensuring seamless communication.What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in design management, with at least 5 years specialising in healthcare projects (hospitals, outpatient facilities, etc.).Proven track record of delivering complex healthcare construction projects on time and within budget.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to balance creative innovation with practical implementation.Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.Clough's people enjoy: A competitive remuneration package & ongoing career development and opportunities.Flexible and remote work options to manage work and lifestyle commitments.Exposure to a range of iconic projects and industries.Ongoing training for career progression.Industry leading paid parental leave program from the day you join.Excellent end of trip facilities and free gym onsite.Mental health and wellbeing programs.Employee assistance program for employees and their families.Special offers on private health insurance, salary packaging, banking, travel, groceries and more.Salary continuance insurance (criteria applies).A supportive team culture and environment.We're building a diverse workforce
