Key Requirements: Proven experience working as a Design Manager in commercial building. Local experience is preferred. Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. Experience working directly for a main contractor/commercial builder on design & construct projects. This role will also be responsible for business development and front-end work winning. Seeking a candidate with a strong technical foundation in design management and exceptional relationship management skills. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients, and a genuine passion for business development.
