Design Manager

National Tier 2 Commercial Construction business, seeking a Design Manager to join their team in Melbourne.After recent project wins across largescale Residential, Stadia and Hospitality sectors, this is a rare opportunity to work with revered leadership.A Design Manager from construction industry is required to join their Design Management division, managing prominent large scale developments, ensuring constructability and efficient on time project delivery.Liaison with external Architects, sub contractors, site based teams and senior management will require exceptional communication, organisational skills, hitting the ground running from day 1.Ideally this individual will come from the construction industry, have excellent construction knowledge, a high level of communication and presentation abilities to chair meetings, and a track record in delivering successful commercial construction projects on time and within budget.Around 15 years total experience from a background in Architecture or Construction is ideal.Previous large scale Hotel or Commercial build background is ideal.
