Job DescriptionYour Role:
Leading and inspiring a team of engineers and architects to manage and develop comprehensive design packages and tender documentsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutionsMentoring and developing the skills of your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Understanding client needs, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfactionMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring effective communication of important informationRegularly check the progress of tasks against the project timelineJob RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university12-15 years of proven experience in a design management role in the healthcare industry, with a strong portfolio to showcase your leadership in design projectsExpertise in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
and a keen eye for detail.Multidisciplinary conscious with other trades ( MEP, structure,.. etc)Aware of the full project cycle from concept design till implementationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.LEED, PRMG, and PMP certifications are valuable additions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
