The Role.

As the Design Manager, you will take the reins of the in-house design team, driving the creative vision for upcoming projects while ensuring practical and efficient delivery.

What You Need.

To excel in this role, you will need to be a registered architect in the ACT, with significant experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team are essential, as is a solid understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery frameworks, and documentation processes.
You should have a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Outstanding communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse project stakeholders are also key to success.
