Operating across QLD, NSW, and Northern Territory for some 40 years, this privately-owned builder has grown from humble beginnings to now employing some 600 staff, delivering projects to $150m across a wide range of sectors including Retail, Education, Age Care, Leisure, Industrial, and Health.

The role – Design Manager
The business is targeting projects in the $100M to $150M space, and some of these projects will be in the health space.

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the pre-construction team, assisting with tenders on some of these larger projects.

What you need to be considered: A building background is preferred. If you come from an architecture background, you must have previous experience with a builder.Previous experience in health is preferred, but not essential.A construction-related qualification.Stability with previous employers.A team player.Self-motivated.
