Right now we are looking for a new Design Manager to lead the Design on an $80m D&C High Rise Residential project in Bowen Hills. The ideal candidate has experience delivering medium to large high rise project as a Design Manager. In addition to your project delivery skills you will also have the ability to work in pre-construction and the ECI phase of projects. The successful Design Manager will have the ability to lead, influence and deliver on expectations. You will also enjoy building relationships with subbies, consultants and clients. To be successful you will have the following: Ideally a relevant tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Design Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered) Demonstrated experience working as a Design Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.
