Job Description A leading Tier 2 construction company renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking a highly motivated Design Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional projects across the education, aged care, health and retirement living sectors with their projects valuing anything up to $50M. About The Role Oversee and manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet all architectural, engineering and statutory requirements. Lead and collaborate effectively with a team of designers, consultants and contractors. Proactively identify and manage design risks and ensure project deliverables are achieved within budget and timeframes. Assist the estimating team with tenders Be a key part of the pre construction process Provide expert technical advice and solutions throughout the design development stage. Maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers and other stakeholders. You'll be a great fit if you have: Proven experience as a Design Manager with a builder A strong understanding of relevant building codes, regulations and standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
