Lendlease ACT has an exciting new opportunity for a Design Manager to join our team on a significant, long-term project in Canberra. You will be responsible for leading your assigned design team, from the initial stages of the project through to delivery. Your scope will extend to cost planning and construction teams as you will lead multiple design packages.In this role, your responsibilities will include:Reviewing complianceChairing design meetingsManaging document controlMeeting with clientsAll with the aim of ensuring technical requirements are met.To be successful you will need:

To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.Hold a Government Security Clearance or be able to gain and maintain one.10+ years' experience in the industry.Qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.Strong Design Management and/or Project Management experience.Experience on large scale commercial construction projects ($100m+).Ability to manage complex design processes to high technical standards in a robust, cost-managed environment.Ability to communicate with influence and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.About Lendlease:
