Design Manager to lead designs for hyperscale Data Centre projects in APAC

Salary guide: $180k - $210k + super

MCR are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead CSA designs on hyperscale data centre projects in Melbourne.
This is a client side position working for one of the fastest growing data centre developers in APAC.

The role Work closely with consultants, builders & vendors to lead building design projectsBriefing engineering/design consultants for every project.Leading Design reviews.Develop relationships with consultants, contractors & vendors in market. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably structural, architectural, built environment related)10+ yrs experience in construction project deliveryPrevious Data Centre experience (Preferred) OR Mission Critical Facilities (expected)Experience leading and collaborating on 3D Design Tools, BIM process & methodology and implementation of 4D/5D design principalsWorking with high level redundancy systems & back up systems
