Salary guide: $180k - $210k + super
  
MCR are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead CSA designs on hyperscale data centre projects in Melbourne. This is a client side position working for one of the fastest growing data centre developers in APAC.

The role Work closely with consultants, builders & vendors to lead building design projects Briefing engineering/design consultants for every project. Leading Design reviews. Develop relationships with consultants, contractors & vendors in market. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering  (preferably structural, architectural, built environment related) 10+ yrs experience in construction project delivery Previous Data Centre experience (Preferred) OR Mission Critical Facilities (expected)  Experience leading and collaborating on 3D Design Tools, BIM process & methodology and implementation of 4D/5D design principals Working with high level redundancy systems & back up systems
