Roles and Responsibilities As a Design Manager, you will:

Look after teams of designers to ensure projects are produced on time to a high specification. Oversee the piping design department to ensure best practice design considerations. Foster working relationships with stakeholders, agencies, design fraternity, and educationists. Provide expert advice for developing design specifications for new facilities. Undertake research to support design excellence, value for money, and sustainability. Ensure MEP design drawings are high-quality and compliant with regulatory requirements. Maintain thorough documentation of the design process. Candidate Requirements Requirements include:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a science or biomedical field preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design management. 10-15 years' experience in pharma, medical devices, piping design, and 3D Cad. Good understanding of technical pharmaceutical knowledge, GMP & regulatory aspects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Solid Works, and BIM models.
