You'll help us leverage emerging technologies to transform the way whole communities interact. In this role, you'll: Lead and deliver wayfinding projects as part of the broader Wayfinding Bus Rollout Program. Coordinate the implementation of new signage at bus stops, aligned with other TfNSW projects and contracts. You will lead and manage coordination across operational, technical, and design stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs. Influence stakeholders to achieve consistent, high-quality design solutions and customer outcomes.
Oversee the completion of design documentation packages that meet TfNSW requirements and quality standards, ensuring alignment with the new wayfinding design system.
Provide support during implementation phases to ensure signs are installed as planned and assist in resolving any issues, including conducting site inspections and preparing defect reports after sign installations. About you • Demonstrate expertise in implementing Wayfinding and customer information systems.
• Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking in Wayfinding design or similar roles.
• High-level stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external, with the ability to manage expectations and negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience interpreting design packages are essential.
• Knowledge of database administration and management, with practical experience in Microsoft Access, is advantageous.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts and align stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in information design, construction management, industrial design, graphic design, urban design, architecture, project management, or related discipline.
