Design Lead - Mixed-Use/Multi-Residential/Hotel Projects

This design-led studio has a focus on high-end quality design projects across living and leisure sectors predominantly. As they go through a period of growth they are looking to add a Design Architect to the team. The successful candidate will be working on design schemes from client briefing/conceptual stages and being responsible for leading DA packages and mentoring a junior team of designers.
 
Key Responsibilities Develop and lead design schemes across varying scales and project typologiesLead DA documentation, overseeing a team Attend all relevant meetings and coordinate between all consultants whilst maintaining design intent.Support and collaborate with Director and design team across design and delivery stagesPrepare/oversee and deliver design presentations Skills & Experience Degree qualification in ArchitectureStrong understanding of the design and DA process on local multi-residential projectsProficiency in RevitSolid understanding of Australian standards and BCAAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersStrong communication skills and confidence presenting to clientAbility to work both autonomously and collaborativelyBenefits & Culture Career progression opportunitiesWork on high-end design projectsWork alongside highly regraded industry professionals
