We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and intuitive user experiences for both web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with our product and development teams as well as other stakeholders to create designs that meet user needs and drive business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Apply User-Centred Design principles to craft solutions that address user problems and align with business goals.Conduct User Research to gain insights into user behaviours, needs, and pain points, ensuring an informed design process.Create Wireframes & Prototypes to visualise and test design concepts quickly and effectively.Develop and maintain Information Architecture to ensure content is well-organised and easily accessible.Produce high-quality Visual Design that adheres to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across platforms and enhancing user engagement.Design seamless and intuitive User Interactions across web and mobile platforms, focusing on ease of navigation and clear presentation of information.Build and maintain Design Systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.Collaborate with Stakeholders through regular meetings to align on requirements, timelines, and feedback.Ideal Candidate Should Have:Required minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for both web and mobile platforms.Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and usability analysis.Proficiency in platforms such as Figma and Sketch.Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and ensuring brand consistency.Ability to liaise with stakeholders and present design concepts clearly.Familiarity with user research methods and tools to gather insights on user needs.Previous work experience designing solutions for the NDIS sector.Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + 11.5% SuperannuationSummary of Role Requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, AfternoonTuesday: Morning, AfternoonWednesday: Morning, AfternoonThursday: Morning, AfternoonFriday: Morning, Afternoon2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWorking rights required for this role
