Our client are a developer builder who purely specialize in large townhouse developments and as a result they are renowned for being one of the best in their space. They also have a strong presence across traditional retail housing
They partner with some of Melbourne's largest land development companies and as a result they have an impressive portfolio of work at the construction stage and are looking to expand their growing team with proven talent to deliver on their pipeline of projects to come.
About The Role
Workflow & Quality Assurance management Liaison with regulatory authorities; Performance Management and Department Training Lead and support the Drafting Team to produce all drawings and plans, while ensuring these meet the set quality, quantity and time targets; Ensure procedures & checklists are developed and used for the drafting function to maintain full compliance with company standards; Assess new sales and review documentation provided by the sales team to ensure it is clear and complete, and refer any anomalies to the relevant sales manager for clarification before sale acceptance; Collate information relating to errors & inconsistencies in master drawings to provide feedback on the accuracy presented when liaising with the drafting manager; and Ensure that the relationships with all internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents, and contractors are maintained and improved.

The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience using ArchiCAD - minimum of 4 years' experience; Some Revit exerience prefered but not essential. Be able to lead and manage people and teams Experience working for a Residential Builder; Understanding of RESCODE, MCP & Developer Guidelines; Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and deal with a variety of activities and clients at the one time; Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-focused environment; Come from a Production Drafting background The ability to communicate professionally to all stakeholders, and complete tasks with a high level of quality and within their set deadlines; and Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
