Reporting to the Head of Design, you will support the wider team by coordination and implementation of retail store design concepts and fixtures, you will have an eye for details to ensure processes are in alignment to corporate and brand standards. You will provide professional advice and guidance across stakeholders and have the ability to build, maintain and influence strong relationships across project teams as this is fundamental to the success of this role. The ideal person will have a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, you will be a creative thinker and have a passion for store designs and thrive in a heavily administrative collaborative environment, but most of all be excited to be a part of a large retail icon. Key Responsibilities & About You. Support all administrative tasks within the design process Exposure and an understanding of council and all other statutory building compliance requirements Confident to Communicate Projects and briefs to fulfil business requirements Build relationships with external & internal stakeholders Opportunity for site and supplier visits when require High attention to detail, organisational and time management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment 3D studio Max, AutoCAD and V ray experience desirable and highly regarded Demonstrated experience following procedures, policies, and records management in a large organisation Ability to travel local and interstate throughout NSW when required Please note that only people with the right to work in Australia should apply for this position.
