About the role: In this role, you will form an integral part of our business entities, working across every aspect, from design to construction.
You will be well-presented, a confident communicator, and have an excellent eye for detail.
This role would suit someone with qualifications in interior design who wants to have an impact on what they do.
This role is required to work across multiple business entities across 2 locations.
Guide clients through their selections and specifications, helping them make informed decisions to sign off.Conduct meetings with clients and design team members to discuss design requirements for interiors.Create colour palettes for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.Collaborate with external consultants to obtain product and specifications.Maintain our showrooms and product offerings in partnership with suppliers.Contribute to our display home design and interior styling.Maintain our plan range offering and contribute to new release floor plans and facades.Style finished homes for photo shoots.To apply you must have: A diploma of Interior Design or relevant qualification.Proven experience in interior design or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to clients.Strong organisational and project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.Proficiency in relevant design software – SketchUp, Revit or similar with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.An ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships with a team approach.If you are a motivated and well-organised individual looking to contribute to a thriving construction company, please submit your application as per the instructions below:
