You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are accurately translated and delivered to meet project requirements. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating the design process, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.Review and track design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.Consider construction methods and materials, and develop specifications and plans for construction projects.Develop detailed designs for civil engineering work, and monitor effects of design choices on cost.Liaise between design, construction, and project teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.Maintain up-to-date records of design progress, changes, and approvals.Assist in identifying risks, challenges, and solutions to maintain project milestones.Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and design documentation.Required Skills and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field.Experience in a similar role with industry experience.Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up) and project management tools.Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
