The role: The team is expanding and searching for someone who thinks out of the box and naturally stays ahead of the trends. You are full of energy, highly capable in both creative design and documentation, and are looking to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities: To demonstrate architectural excellence through (but not limited to):
Experience in communicating complex design ideas through creative presentation methods and design tools. Experience using Revit . Demonstrate design and technical aptitude. Communicate clearly with hand-drawn diagrams, sketches, and illustrations. Understand and influence construction methods, consents, standards, materials, and specifications. Ability to clearly relate designs to relevant codes and local authority requirements. Buildability, knowledge, and experience. Knowledge of NCC and local planning codes.
