Roles and Responsibilities: Scheduling works, Managing sub contractors and trades Manage project budgets and man hours Drive projects Technical support. To be considered for this position you will require:
A high level of building knowledge, in particular finishes Good leaderships skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour collaboratively Track record of managing the finishes package on large projects ($50m+) Skilled in OH&S and IR Client-focused approach and approachable Desired experience: Trade background Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential on Commercial builds larger than $50m Experience working on commercial projects is highly desirable Proven experience as a Structures or Civil Foreman working on commercial projects from start to finish. Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships. Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety Whats in it for you?
