About the Role
Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to hit the ground running? Design & Build have partnered with a well-respected fit-out and refurbishment contractor to source a Site Manager for a 4-month contract in Bankstown. This project involves a fast-paced interior refurbishment, so we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure and can deliver results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring project timelines are met. Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. Conduct site meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Manager. Solve on-site issues efficiently to keep the project moving forward. About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Sound knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement safety measures on-site. A trade background or relevant construction qualifications are highly regarded. What's On Offer?
