Leading Commercial Construction company seeks an experienced Site Engineer with buildings project experience for projects local to Canberra.
As the Site Engineer, you will be responsible for: Oversee and manage on-site construction activities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues promptly Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes To be considered for the position of Site Engineer, you will require: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction management or related field. Proven experience in site or project engineering roles, preferably on large-scale government projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
