Senior Contracts Administrator
Design & Build Recruitment is looking for a skilled and motivated Contracts Administrator eager to step into a Senior role or an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator seeking a new challenge. The position involves working on high-profile new build projects valued at $50M+ in the Sydney area, ensuring you're close to home and part of a well-established team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll be integral to the success of each project, overseeing all pre-construction activities and guiding the project to completion alongside your team. Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery. Monitoring contract performance, managing variations and claims, and resolving issues promptly to reduce project risks. Keeping meticulous project documentation throughout the lifecycle. Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators to strengthen the team. What's On Offer:

Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction. Based in Sydney, with an ability to collaborate closely with the Project Manager. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure. Proficiency with software like Jobpac, Aconex, and MPP. Apply Now:
