Due to continued growth, they're now seeking to add an experienced Scheduler/CA to the pre-construction team.

This is an opportunity to work for a values driven business in the luxury homes space which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience, whilst challenging the status quo.

You'll be exposed to builds ranging from $1.5m - $5m.

About You: This role would suit a switched on Scheduler who is wanting to move away from Project Homes and be exposed to High end homes.

3+ years Scheduling or Estimating experience for a Residential builder (2 storey homes held in high regard) Proficient in Databuild (Advantageous) A positive and self-motivated approach to your work Excellent communication skills What's in it for you?
