The Role Design & Build Recruitment are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of urban subdivision projects in Toowoomba.
This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing civil projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of civil urban subdivision projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
About You Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing civil urban subdivision projects.
Strong understanding of civil construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
Is already living in QLD or has plans for immediate relocation.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
