Our client is a well-established and nationally recognized Tier 2 commercial builder with projects valued up to $800M, and has the capability to deliver projects of any size and scale across all industry sectors.
They're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial projects valued at $100M+ with a focus on Health or Education sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major commercial construction projects Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
