A successful and highly regarded construction contractor has partnered with Design & Build to source an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team, to be involved with a portfolio of landmark projects across Perth up to $150m.
They're renowned for their integrity in all areas of operation, excellence in workmanship, and ensuring clients' needs are a priority. Over the last couple of years, they have experienced steady growth and have a young, dynamic, and high-performing team.
The Role:
As an experienced CA, you will work closely with the Project Management team, assisting with the successful running of 1-2 projects at any one time, providing support across the complete construction lifecycle.
About You:
As a Contracts Administrator with our client, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of their projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts administration, including:

Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery. Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks. Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle. Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures. To be successful in this role, you will have:
To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry with a Tier 1 or 2 commercial builder. Ability to work closely and collaboratively with your Project & Site Manager. Sound knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to foster a positive workplace culture. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in relevant construction software.
