Leading Commercial Tier 1 Builder seeks an experienced Contract Administrator for a large scale CBD project!

As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator, you will require: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia Large scale ($100m + projects) commercial experience is a must Knowledge of VIC construction market and subcontractors Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B, please contact Noah Mihailidis on 0410 559 652 or click APPLY .
