Design & Build Recruitment | [2:1] Bulk Earthworks Supervisor ($140K - $160K)

The Role:
Given their recent success delivering and securing upcoming projects, our client requires Bulk Earthworks Supervisors on a 2:1 roster to supervise and manage the teams on site, whilst building and maintaining rapport with the client.

About You:
This role is suited to an individual that can not only communicate but inspire teams. You will be comfortable and proficient around Bulk Earthworks and Civil Construction and inspired by the opportunity to eventually step into a Senior Supervisor role.

You will also have the following: Experience with Bulk Earthworks, Final Trim & GPS works. Proficient communication skills. Experience in managing forecast planning. FIFO experience and able to work on a 2:1 roster. The drive to be successful. On Offer: $140,000 - $160,000 base salary. 30% Site uplift. Superannuation. Upskilling and training opportunities.
