We are seeking a Design Architect to join a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice in Melbourne.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring your design leadership skills to the forefront, working on a diverse range of projects including Education , Residential , and Multi-Residential developments .
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage design processes from concept through to delivery across a variety of project types.
Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure design excellence and project success.
Provide creative solutions while adhering to project constraints, timelines, and budgets.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to the development of the practice's design ethos.
Ensure design integrity through all project stages, including documentation and construction.
What We're Looking For Minimum 8 years' experience as a Design Architect in a recognised architectural practice.
Proven experience managing and leading design on Education , Residential , and Multi-Residential projects .
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and innovation.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and planning regulations.
