Design and Delivery Specialist (Digital Transformation)$109,099 to $123,395 pro-rata per-annum + superAs part of a small specialised team, the Design and Delivery Specialist (Digital Transformation) will take the lead in facilitating change, with a core focus on designing and implementing products and services for Biosecurity Tasmania's customers.Provide business analysis and project management services.Conduct research to explore and document solution options and business requirements.Champion methodologies and toolsets with a focus on improving the way we deliver projects.Build effective relationships and manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.Drive projects to implementation with continuous release processes, and with a view to a quality customer experience.Our ideal candidate hasDemonstrated project management and business analysis experience.High-level communication skills and ability to translate complex information to various audiences.Experience using Agile rituals, methods, and toolsets, (e.g.
