Des State Post Placement Support Consultant - Wa

As a Post Placement Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment.
This role can be based out of any office in WAand report directly to theTeam Leader - DES PPS. What we need from you: Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments. Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment. Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders. High degree of self-motivation Strong engagement and relationship building skills Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs Essential requirements Eligible to work in Australia Current driver's licence Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes Criminal history check Working with Children Check About APM Group We're a diverse team of over 13,000 people across 11 countries with a shared purpose - to enable better lives.
