Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function and provide strategic advice to their executive team and board of directors. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, developing a best-in-class finance function and sharing business intelligence and insights across the business. This is a key leadership position that requires a proactive, commercial and strategic CFO. The right candidate will be a key driver of the company's exciting growth strategy and journey to becoming the industry leader supplying the residential electrical sector in Australia.
Key focus areas include:
Strategic Financial Leadership: design and implement financial strategies that align with the company's vision and growth targets. Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process to provide accurate and actionable insights across the business.
Operational and Financial Excellence: elevate the finance function to best in class, oversee Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management and Capital Structure Management.
Strategic Financial Structuring, Future M&A: prepare the business for future investment and M&A opportunities, potential strategic partnerships, partial investments or additional shareholder buy ins.
