Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 base plus superannuation plus bonus

The Financial Reporting Manager will join at an exciting and transformative time for the business. They will oversee financial operations, drive enhancements to processes and controls, and lead the development of a top-tier finance team in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of financial processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering timely, high-quality financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team of three qualified accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Controls & Governance: Enhance internal controls to ensure compliance with ASX and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting to support critical business decisions.
Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational success.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and results-driven finance professional with:
CA/CPA qualification and experience in senior finance roles.
Big 4 accounting firm background (this role may be suited to a 'first-mover').
Expertise in technical accounting, financial controls, and compliance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex, dynamic business environments.
