Dermatology & Laser Practice - Administration and Reception We are a busy medical and cosmetic dermatology and laser practice in Northbridge. We have an excellent reputation in the industry and our doctors are considered the best in the business. We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist and administration person to join our team to provide exceptional service to our patients and doctors. Supporting a team of 13 dermatologists, 12 administration staff, 2 cosmetic clinicians and 12 nurses, the administration tasks are varied and often time critical. An enjoyment of working with people is essential.
Qualifications & experience A positive team player A real passion to provide excellent service to our patients A warm yet professional personality A love of helping people Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment Experience in a medical or other specialist practice Confident with technology Ability to prioritise and multi-task Excellent communication and people skills Experience in managing specialist diaries Tasks & responsibilities You will operate across all aspects of reception and phone duties including invoicing, booking appointments, giving quotes and providing information on services. You will be required to be proficient in laser and medical bookings. You will support our doctors by managing diaries for multiple Dermatologists. You will need to provide an excellent service to our clients. We are in a purpose-built clinic offering excellent staff facilities and state-of-the-art technology.
