We are seeking a Deputy University Librarian to lead the Library's academic engagement with the digital library agenda and to drive the delivery of high quality services that meet the future needs of the University.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversight of the delivery of library services and ensuring achievement of library operational plans.Leading the development and execution of an effective engagement and consultation plan including academic staff, researchers and relevant committees, projects and working groups.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, by monitoring services and projects, stakeholder feedback and developing robust plans to ensure that library services demonstrate commitment to ongoing service improvement and sustainable outcomes.Be Rewarded6 weeks annual leave (incl.
