The Office provides these services in a cost effective and timely way, consistent with maintaining legal excellence and integrity in the Government's legal dealings.The RoleThe Deputy State Solicitor (DSS) is a senior leader and a member of the Corporate Executive team, primarily responsible for the performance of the APPL Section, ensuring the delivery of high quality and cost-effective and independent legal advice to the State.
