Job DescriptionProject Coordination and Implementation:Assist in planning and overseeing project activities to ensure timely and successful implementation.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, addressing any delays or challenges.Coordinate with clinic managers, approval team leader, field and support teams to ensure alignment with project goals.Team Supervision:Provide leadership and guidance to project staff, ensuring high levels of performance.Facilitate training and capacity-building sessions to strengthen team competencies.Resolve operational issues and provide on-ground support as required.Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor project progress using predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).preparing periodic reports, including progress updates, challenges, and recommendations.Conduct field visits to evaluate the quality of services and identify areas for improvement.Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government entities.Ensure effective communication and collaboration with UNHCR and other relevant organizations.Represent the project in external meetings and discussions when required.Resource Management:Support in managing project resources, including financial, human, and logistical aspects, to ensure efficient use.Assist in procurement processes and inventory management for project-related materials.Ensure adherence to the project's budget and financial policies.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies and donor requirements.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager.Promote adherence to ethical standards and data protection policies.Job RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree is preferred.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or NGOs.Experience working on projects involving refugees or vulnerable populations is an asset.
