An opportunity exists for a collaborative, passionate, and flexible leader to join the Western Cape College Weipa Campus as a Deputy Principal Student Support. This is a temporary full-time position commencing 23 January 2025 to 05 December 2025, unless otherwise determined.
This pivotal role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and guide student support initiatives and programs aimed at improving student engagement and learning outcomes.

About the RoleAs a member of the Secondary leadership team, the Deputy Principal will lead, implement, and monitor initiatives and programs aligned to the College's multi-tiered system of student support providing a team approach to student engagement and behaviour, and rigour for all secondary students.
